Urban Hunter : Fausto Coppi Print by Peter Locke

Urban Hunter released up a new print featuring Fausto Coppi, illustration by Peter Locke. This is so rad!

” For us the cyclist with the most style, both on and off the bike, is Fausto Coppi, the Champion of Champions. Coppi won the Giro D’Italia, Paris-Roubaix and the Tour De France. We love going into bike shops in Italy, they always have a picture of Fausto Coppi somewhere. What would Bianchi and Campy be be without him? William Fotheringham notes “The Italian cycle industry and and professional cycling owe a colossal debt to the man. As well as every Italian cyclist , he has inspired others : Simpson, Anquetil, the designer Paul Smith”.

Screen Printing At Signal Cycles

” Mate Cardinal and Nate Meschke are artists and bicycle frame builders. Co-owners of Portland-based Signal Cycles, Matt and Nate make more than beautiful, hand-crafted bikes. This is a short video that documents a small run of screen printed posters they made for this year’s North American Handmade Bicycle Show. The art was drawn by Matt. The paper was stained with Stumptown coffee grounds from the local coffee shop, Albina Press. Prints are for sale; visit for more information. ” These are really stunning!
